Banana Walnut Bread is one of the easiest recipes I have known and done in one bowl and a fork/spatula. Toss in all ingredients into a bowl mixing one by one and baking gets your bread ready in an hour.
We always have leftover or very ripe bananas lying around where no one likes to eat & end up in the trash bin. With this simple recipe and minimal time of 15min, u can get all together with the ingredients at home and u need not go for a shopping trip.
This Banana Walnut Bread batter is so simple to make that even kids can mix it and when it’s baking, the whole house smells heavenly.
You can toss in your favourite nuts/chocolate chips and avoid the nuts if u are allergic to nuts. If you like sweeter, you can increase the sugar to a cup. or decrease it to 1/2 cup instead of 3/4 cup as per your taste.
replacing the bread pan with a muffin pan makes banana walnut muffins. baking time may vary.
