Take a bowl and sift all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and keep it aside.
To the Luke warm milk , add the curd, sugar and oil and mix it well.
Now combine the all purpose flour mixture and the milk mixture and knead it in to a dough ball.
Cover and keep it aside for 30min.
Now heat a Iron tawa or a griddle on a medium flame. Non stick pan doesnt work as the naan tends to come off the tawa once its flipped.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and take each part tug it inside to make it a smooth dough ball.
Now roll the dough into a medium thick Naan
Once rolled, sprinkle the chopped garlic, cilantro, kalonji seeds and roll it with a rolling pin so all the toppings stick to the naan.
Flip the naan upside down and apply some water on the back of the naan so that it sticks to the tawa.
Now put the naan on the heated tawa, water side down pressing gently on all the sides( sprinkle a drop of water on the pan to check if its hot)
Once bubbles start to form , turn the tawa upside down to cook on the front side using the flame.
Once the naan starts to brown , remove it from the tawa and repeat the process until all the naans are done.
Apply some melted butter on the top.
Soft and fluffy naans are ready.
