Mango Ice Cream recipe is so simple and easy to make and can be mixed up in 5min and goes into the freezer and you are done. Even kids can do it in no time. Scoop out the ice cream into a bowl or cone or popsicle with a few sprinkles on top for a decadent look that catches everyone’s eye. Especially kids!!
This ice cream does not have an egg in it as some of the traditional ice creams start with milk and eggs and then poured into an ice cream machine to churn the ice cream and making it creamy and not icy. Adding the cream and condensed milk makes this ice cream creamier rather than icy. I used readymade mango puree and readymade whipped cream to make it faster and easier. If you want, you can even puree the mangoes and add them. Instead of whipped cream, you can whip the heavy cream and use it.
You can use your creativity and make a number of ice creams in this method without an ice cream machine. Mix the whipped cream and condensed milk and vanilla essence & add your favorites like Oreos, chocolate chips, cookie dough, coffee, strawberries, pineapple, caramel, nuts and fold them gently. Make sure you don’t add too much water content or else it changes the texture of the ice cream and you may even find some icicles in your ice cream.
